I added a tsp of olive oil and a tsp of Proclaim Natural 7 Oil to the tub and I shake it up real good before I use it. Sometimes I use heat, but I usually use it w/o heat for about 15-20 minutes. My hair is really soft afterwards.

Allandra - do you use it alone on dry hair? Or do you mix it and or/ use it on damp hair at all?
(Hi I'm new here)
I use it as a deep cond. mixed with another moisturizing cond and sit under the dryer with a plastic cap for about 30 min. The results are great! /images/graemlins/drunk.gif
I use it as a daily wash and deep conditioner. I take some out of the tub and mix it with msm powder, rose&bottled water and use it that way as a daily wash.
For a deep conditioner I add coconut milk ,olive and jojoba oil /images/graemlins/smile.gif
I purchased the jar and used it as a conditioner. I have the Dominican Republic version. I didn't add anything because I wanted to see how effective it was alone. WELL, I love it so much, that I thru out my LeKairs, Queen Helene's and Jhirmack Cholesterol Conditioners! It left my hair so moisturized and seemed to enrich my haircolor by adding depth to it. The jury's out. This is definately a keeper for me /images/graemlins/cool.gif
BTW, welcome maia 002 /images/graemlins/wave.gif Glad u joined the forum.

LaLa, what store? /images/graemlins/shocked.gifWhat number? /images/graemlins/shocked.gif Do tell. /images/graemlins/trampoline.gif
The distributors, Mimor, are located in NJ. Maybe yall can talk to your local hairsalon or beauty supply store and have the owner contact the distributors? U can call information for their phone#. I'm relocating to Texas and according to the Texan ladies on this forum, they have absolutely no Dominican Salons or Products there /images/graemlins/shocked.gif When I get there, I plan on making my case with the beauty supply stores because I just have to have this stuff! IF I have to give them the address of this website or print out and take these posts with me. So be it!
Texas and other places need to understand the incredible market and revenue they'll make if they just ordered these supplies /images/graemlins/up.gif
Armyqt I have to search the internet because on the Jar itself there is no webaddress.
Lala: Which state do you live in? Do u go to a salon? If u do, maybe u can tell your stylist and you know how that goes. She told two friends, and they told two friends, and so on, and so on, and so on... I realize NY is always the first to start a trend. But hold your horses girl! These products and I bet those salons are gonna find their way down there too /images/graemlins/grin.gif
Thanks Amethyst. I've been searching the web for these products for a while and keep coming up with nothing. Please let me know if you come up with a good lead /images/graemlins/wink.gif.

I live SW Ohio. I'm not sure how I got to be such a PJ b/c this area is behind the times with new products. I don't go to a salon anymore b/c I want long hair. Everytime my hair would get long they would cut it all off. I met this Dominican woman who does hair out of her kitchen (she does the bomb rollersets). She told me about the products but she only buys when she goes home on vacation.
I bought enough conditioner to last me for about a year. So, I'll be alright for a while.

I have both versions and the Dominican one is far superior to the Venezuelan one. It's thicker, feels slicker and smoother and even smells better and has a darker color. Weird, because the ingredients are the same. /images/graemlins/confused.gif Maybe this is where they get into trouble with FDA over labeling...
Beautytown didn't /images/graemlins/smile.gif undestand a word I was saying. So I called uptown beauty and the guy understood me enough to place my order. He said he will ship it out on wednesday.
