What do you guys think of this article? I don't think that one has to wait 6 months before putting braids back in. I think the author is a Brit from the wording of the article. Holla back!

Ditto. I believe massaging the hair can cause breakage, but we can gently move the scalp with the tips of our fingers without causing breakage.
