Transitioners: Do any of you BLOWDRY???

Poohbear:

I think the Maxiglide just might become your new best friend. I had my doubts that it could straighten my new growth the way I wanted in ONE pass but it did. My only suggestion would be to gently comb each section before you go over it with the Maxiglide. Even though the Maxiglide has the steam burst I still sprayed each section with Ion Heat Protectant spray to be on the safe side.

Let us know how you like it.

Yes, I'll definitely comb each section of my hair before using the Maxiglide. I'll also use my glossing polish as a heat protectant if I don't sell it. I want to start using that NTM leave-in that CH was talking about. Thanks for introducing the Maxiglide to me. I can't wait to try it once I get it! :weird:

my daughter is a year into her transition and we blowdry and flat iron once a month if that
we used to use the comb attachment with the metal plate but now we just use a regular
comb attachment because they cost less and we replace often due to missing teeth LOL
(she has long & strong hair)
