Top products you used this year that have saved your hair

As of last night....

with this dayum shedding (minimal breakage) Mel's tip on a new way to use Nexxus Emergencee.

I've never used Emergencee until last night...and I did it with heat/hooded dryer like Mel said....and

I feel so much better not seeing the friggin hair slide off my head.
I got a wash & set today after using my Phyto oil treatment and my hair looks so much better.

So kudos to (Mel) Nexxus Emergencee!

1. My personal best conditioner of all time...KeraCare Humecto, I don't know what it is about this conditioner but my hair responds better to this than any other conditioner I've ever used!

2. Affirm 5 in 1 Reconstructor...This product works extremely well at strenthening my hair, It also works well at detangling.

3. Elucence Silk Hydrating Elixir.....The Silk protein seems to keep my ends strong

4. Decca Plus Satin Pomade....It still seems to help keep my ends from breaking off

5. Asha's Roots...It definitely works well at stimulating my scalp to encourage hair growth

6. Rinsing my hair with Distilled Water helps to detangle

7. Shopping at Whole Foods has had wonderful effects on my hair ! My hair is growing very quickly, becoming thicker, and it looks better overall since I've been eating more healthfully

I absolutely love Royal Roots Detangler Softener. It isn't expensive and it is a great moisturizer, whether my hair is wet or dry, and it doesn't have any mineral oil or petrolatum.

Ultra sheen duo tex- relatively cheap and comes in big bottles. Adds strength without the crunch of aphogee.
Motions CPR

top products that saved my hair that I could not live w/out are:

Elucence poos and condish-The poos do what they are designed to do w/out stripping my hair or irritating the scalp. The condish is great for detangling

Shea butter -in whatever for (whipped or reg-always unrefined) I like thick butters and this keeps my twists soft for days

Africa's best herbal oil & Suave for pre poo treatment- great treatment for tangles

castor oil- Great moisturizer. It's thick and keeps my loose hair moisturized

star nice and gloss hot oil treatment

i have some other things i haven't tried yet, but i think they will be good.

What did the Star nice and gloss hot oil treatment do for you? How was it different from any other ot oil treatment you've used? I have this but I haven't used it yet.

Is the Motions CPR daily treatment a hair grease or cream? Thanks.

It leaves my hair sooooo soft, moisturized and tangle free. My hair tangles so badly and this is one of the only thing that helps. when I first tried it, I didn't like it. The problem was that I didn't leave it on long enough. Now, I leave it on for about an hour and it works great. I just bought eight more of them  . with the motions, I use the cream. It will make your hair hard, but you'll notice your hair becoming stronging and looking healthier. the hardness goes away when you moisturize or wash.

1. Heating Cap -- this stopped me from using my hair bonnet blow dryer for deep conditioning. What a difference! Hot air is really drying by comparison. This allows my conditioners to penetrate without the dry air.

This helped me retain much more moisture.

2. Trimming Scissors -- Since spring I've decided to trim/dust with every relaxer. It will take a while to get the evenness and growth quality I want. But I'm a believer that I have to keep my ends in order and I got a pair of professional scissors for just $12 that work great.

3. Premier Botanical Spray -- love this leave-in spray water-based moisturizer. It has muccopolysaccharides (which is the same thing in Surge) to help growth.

4. Ion Keratin Protein Reconstructor/Poo after protein method: this combo has brought strength and moisture.
