I can't believe that someone would wait hours when they had a scheduled appt. I fired one because she refused to give me what I want.

I've fired 2 stylists one for telling me that she should relax my hair every four weeks and the other for saying that every time she relaxes my hair she's going to pull the relaxer all the way through. The second one also said she'd only give me highlights if I agreed to see her every other week. Needless to say I'm a diy chick now.
