ok i have a REALLY deep v. my hair on the sides come past sl and the bottom of the v almost touches bsl.
so my question is when do you claim whatever legnth you are trying to achieve?

i ask because the tip of my v is less than an inch away from bsl but when it finally touches it i know im still going to feel like im not there yet because its not the majority of the hair. but when the majority of the hair does get there, the tip will be on its way to mbl. i dont want blunt ends, i like my v its just that claiming a goal seems weird when its just some of the hair there.

Well I think you should claim it. But really it depends on what your goal is. If you are trying to reach A FULL BSL, then you shouldn't claim it because all of your hair isn't there yet, but if you just want to get plain ol BSL then it would be okay to claim it when the bottom of your V touches the brastrap. But if you are trying to get full BSL, then you should trim it into a blunt cut and keep it growin!
