Those who take MSM crystals...

What do you mix the crystals in? I've heard of people mixing them in water...does anyone know what the most effective way to mix them is? I mixed some in a cup of tea the other day and it dissolved so well that I couldn't even taste it. I've also dissolved it in distilled water with the same results.

Just wondering what you guys are doing...

I dissolve mine in water, but it tastes pretty bad. I think some ladies drink their's in orange juice because vitamin C helps with the absorbtion of MSM.

Hmmm...ok...I dissolved mine in water and didn't taste it...I may give the OJ a shot...thanks for replying Phoenix!!!
