MSM Powder VS MSM Crystals

Are these the same thing????

I'm currently taking the capsules and I'm thinking of switching over to the powder. I've heard mention of MSM powder and MSM crystals. Are these the same and if not, what is the difference?

I believe that MSM power is MSM crystals, only they are crushed to a finer consistency.
