Thinking about cutting my hair again... need help!

As many of you know, I am transitioning to natural. I feel like its time to cut again. Right now, my hair is below my shoulders I would like to get an idea of some nice haircuts that people have had. So if you had a short to medium length cut... could you please post a link or pic?

I have a shoulder length cut with slight layers in the back. I have some pics in my april-june album. It looks like a lot of different layers but it's not and I can still put my hair in a ponytail. The bottom layer is the longest and the sides are all one length. If you check my Feb album you can see about how long my hair was before the cut.
