I want you all to read what immature little girl wrote to me after I wrote a comment on her video mind you this was after she ask us all to leave a comment on how we feel about the product.

Thank You For Watching My Video, And Your Never To Late. I Appreciate You Giving Your Thoughts But As I Said #1 In My Info Bar These Are My Opinions What Does Or Does Not Work For Me May Work For Someone Else, So Maybe You Should Have Read That Before Commenting, #2 You Have No Videos So I Have No Idea What Type Of Hair You Have None The Less I Am Well Aware Of Why I Disliked The Products, Myself As Well As Many Others Agree It's Bad And I Don't Need To Watch A Video To Know That.

She said nicely that maybe it didn't work because she didn't use the products properly and refers her to the site to watch their video.

I don't think her response was rude to you. I could never watch her videos based on her terrible writing in response to you. lol

I know that a lot of people really feels like it don't work for them and that is fine because we all cannot use the same products because there are a lot of very popular products that my hair doesn't like. That's probably why she had a tone with you. This insinuates that she doesn't know what she's doing.

It seems it's just a misunderstanding and that happens on the interwebs. The intent is interpreted by the reader, not the writer.
 
i would let that go. she wasn't rude in her response. her tone might have came off a bit testy, but nothing to get upset over. agree to disagree and move forward.

and I was not talking about her but because you only have so many words you can type in there I had to say it. but she said to type what you felt about the product in her video. so I don't understand why she took it personal.

She took the time to put in all those capital letters, but only stuck one period in all that. Goodness me. Anyway, I wouldn't take it personally.

girl sorry about that I was in my niece account I just signed her up and I forgot to sign out before I answered you.

I understand what you mean but she is suppose to be in control and understand that she is sometimes going to have people that don't agree with her that do not mean that she go into attach mode.

I'm not upset I just really wanted to vent a little. I just told her I am sorry she took it the way she did and I am really sorry I commented on her video. I thought she meant what she said when she said tell me what you liked or disliked about the product.

I can see why you were upset. It does sound like she is asking people to give their feedback and she even mentions that she would like people to comment if they perhaps used the product differently and got a better result. So I can see why you said what you said. But I think that this is a simple case of misunderstanding one's intended tone. She likely interpreted your tone incorrectly and thought you were accusing her of not knowing what she was doing. And you may be misunderstanding her tone as well. She may not have intended to sound as snippy as her response reads. I wouldn't let it bother me too much if I were you. But I can understand you just wanting to vent :)

LOL I can see what you mean lol yeah I guess she could have read it that way but she still should have been more professional about it and not let her claws out.
 
Maybe I'm weird, but I didn't find anything offensive about her response. Now yours? Maybe. Just my opinion.

i wouldn't watch her because not only is her hair not like mines, it's not impressive IMO at least in the video posted, but all those jerky hand movements make me nervous and is distracting.
 
I'm more offended over the Typing Like This. It Gave Me A Headache. Who the hell types like that? It takes so much time and effort :lachen:

See here's the thing...I get lots of opinions about products and their usage on ALL of my videos, day in and day out.

Part of being in the internet world is knowing how to talk to folks. You can have the best intentions but if you come across as a little know it all or condescending... point blank no one wants to hear sh*t you have to say be you right, wrong or indifferent.

I have people coming to my channel all of the time saying xyz didn't work for them, and we may discuss stuff back and forth trying to find a different way to use said product so my fellow natural isn't wasting her money.

And then....I get comments like your flatiron is sh*t you need to get rid of that and get a babliss....to which I replied if you want to flip me sh*t at least be able to spell BABYLISS flat iron and since you can afford it buy me one and send it to me since you care so much.

Hah I remember another board someone said that my reviews didn't help because I seemed to like everything...wtf so am I suppose to lie?? Or what if my hair hates everything, then your a$$ is still in the same damn boat now aintcha?!

Our folks will never be happy. Which is why I DON'T GIVE A DAMN and don't take none of this youtube stuff to heart. I get smart arses coming to my channel on the regular...I tell'em off, block'em, put it on the alter and have a cuppa earl grey. EmpressRi ain't got that type of time.

(I've never seen this girl's videos before. Hell though I'll take her mixed chicks if she doesn't want it! My hair lurves that stuff. )
 
I think is was communication (issue)..Dont take it to heart/the internet is the internet...

*I look at it as (I will never) meet these people & keep it moving...
