I haven't used it, but long haired woman (mostly caucasian) rave about MM on other sites.

I must say that I did a little test to see if it would work. Twice I trimmed 2 sections of my hair during the pisces moon to see if they see if they would grow longer and they are indeed 1 inch longer than the rest. My mom even noticed it. So I definitly follow it. My next trim will be Feb. 20.
