Words are a powerful force in our lives. They can inspire us to new heights or inflict a myriad of deep, emotional scars. Words can bring about feelings of love and closeness or totally shatter a relationship. Words can bring a sense of unity and purpose, but those same words can also incite a people to violence and rage.
I want to share how four little words changed the way I viewed myself for over 20 years...
