Has anyone here been doing the crown of glory routine? Can you tell me if you have achieved anything from this regimen.

BUMP! I know there were some women on this board that were following that routine. Bumping hoping that someone can tell you how it worked for them, since I haven't tried it.

I was using the techniques from growafrohairlong.com. I stopped because:
1) It was too time consuming!
2) I was re-doing the edges every few days because I hate nappy, beady edges. This was putting too much stress on my hairline.
3) They were heavy. I have a recurring shoulder/neck injury and the extra weight was killing me. Not to mention holding my arms up for hours and hours while I braided my hair.
4) I could only do one style! /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I'm not saying it doesn't work. It just wasn't for me. At least I learned how to do extension braids. I'm sure I'll braid my again, but I won't be doing it every two months until my hair grows out.

Hi there, I have been using the application of the crown and glory techniques for a few months, in my view it has worked superbly well.

My hair has grown, due to the daily intake of vitamins and mineral recommended by the sites author, Robin. The level of hair breakage is minimal since i've decided to follow her shampoo techniques for 4B hair.

i also use the braiding techniques, which helps to aid hair growth,as long as there well nourished with the correct products. Whilst your hair is kept in braids, every hair has a chance to survive, because it is not daily subjected to constant abuse from combs, brushes, heat implements etc.

I guarantee if you follow Robin's techniques you will be amazed by the results, but remember to must stick to it. I hope this inspires you.
