Last relaxer: 08/05/04 Arosci Mild Lye (not sure if I'm going to keep using it).
Shampoo: Lanza PP Shampoo
Conditioners: Kenra MC, Elucence MB, Ouidad DT, ION ***. Care, Nexxus Humectress, Nexxus Keraphix.
Leave-in: Salerm 21, Biolage Leave In Tonic, Arosci Intervying
Moisturizer: Generic Nexxus Humectress (just the ends) or L'Oreal Smooth Intense.
Pre-shampoo treatment: Don't know, but I need to add these back. Probably just Olive Oil and left over "not so great" conditioners on damp hair.
Appliances: Lady Dazey hard bonnet dryer
Supplements: GNC Ultra Nourish Hair, Silica, Biotin, B5 (just started back on 9/1. 2 GNC UNH and one each of the others...
Wash cycle:
Wash and rollerset twice a week. Wash and airdry once a week. About 2 days between washes. Use Ouidad deep cond. method twice a month. Mois cond only - leave on for 30 minutes at least once a week. Once a month, do an Emergencee Treatment.
Trim when needed. Relax every 10 weeks. Use gentle handling and wear it up most of the time.
Leave my hair ALONE. That's my greatest challenge. Be consistent, and leave it alone.

I still have to put my measurements up, but from hairline to ends measurement am 24 inches right now (bra strap), but I have 9 more inches to go to get to waist. I'm 5'5.

That's cool that we have the same measurements! I guess I have a kinda long torso, maybe medium size. My neck is about 4-5 inches long!
Each time I measured from hairline to my brastrap, it would range between 23-25 inches so I just chose 25 inches. I might be a little off on the Waist and Tailbone measurements because I did these measurements when I had on my clothes. For that Bottom measurement, I went to the very bottom underneath my butt

Last month my lenght was 24" ... just measured yesterday and it 25" ... I gained an inch since last month.

SUPPLEMENTS: Vitamins, Møllers Tran(yuck... did I say yuck), Flax seeds, 100mg iron 2x's a day(doctors orders)
CURRENT REGIMEN: still not firm, but really , really close now!!! Mostly AO GPB, Nexxus, other AO products, Affirm Sustenence Fortifying Treatment, my own oil mixtures, Dudley DRC 28, Kerastase Derma Calm and Keraste Age Recharge ... these are my possible staples ... possibly ... working on it!

I just got a trim (1/4") and I think I should trim another 1/4", but all in all, I'm still pretty close to BSL. Maybe another two inches.
I'm on Hairtopia right now, so we'll see how that's going to affect my growth rate over the next few months. So far, it's easy to take and I've been taking it religiously. It'll be a week tomorrow.

I'm going to cry now. I actually reached bs length (but only by like 6 strands so I don't know if it counts) but my hair was looking so bad I had to cut a couple inches. This brings me to the same length I was at this time last year /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif

CURRENT REGIMEN: right now its just DW and a weekly shampoo wash with nioxin, nioxin conditioner and deep condition w/Lekair. Starting May i will stop washing my own hair and go to a Dominincan Salon for a year and see my results.

Yup, 8 inches til waist. I'm hoping to be at least near there by the end of the year, like within 3 inches of it which is my goal.
My routine: Wash hair, condition hair once a week. deep conditioning/treatment every 2-4 weeks. Bun daily.
Although I think I'll try to add rollersetting in there. Sick of this bun. Actually I had planned to do braids for March...I'll do them in April/May instead and try to wear rollerset hairstyles next week.

I do like the idea of a support thread. I know we have the Pop Your Bra Strap & MBL challenges. The waist length & beyond thread (I think that's the name) is more of a support thread. JMHO But it would be nice to get updates if any of those posters are still around

Leave in-Giovanni direct, moisturize seal with Shealoe everyday.

Awww...what a great thread. I've never seen this one. I am past bra strap; but I don't know the exact measurement now. It's summer so I'm not pressing my hair now and it's all shruken. I will press my hair out at the end of August and do a measurement update.
