Hey ladies ! What is the best treatment in your opinion and why! How has its use rescued your hair? BTW Does anyone know or tried Mega Tek Hair rebuilder?:

Aphogee is the strongest protein treatment. It is great for breakage.

I have tried Aphogee treatment for damaged hair and Nexus Emergencee but Aphogee gave me better results. I use Mega tek rebuilder once in a while but I do not use it as a protein treatment,I use it as a leave-in conditioner. IMO, it's some good stuff. It makes my hair very strong, provides a little moisture and it has a very nice yummy coconut smell.

I tried Aphogee back in high school over 10 yrs ago, anywhoo, my sister swore by it, she used it regularly and has thick healthy hair. I've stuck with Nexxus emergencee, because whenever I did something crazy like bleaching my hair and it starts to fall out, nexxus always thicken up my hair and brings it back so NEXXUS EMERGENCEE is definitely the best to me, but I think to save some money, when I get to bra strap I'll do 1 nexxus emergencee treatment per month and one Aphogee per month.

Thanks for the response ladies !!! CLASSYEBONYGIRL That Mega Tek sounds yummY I love the smell of anything with coconut so maybe i'll give it a try. I heart emergencee . Aphogee is also good but i hate that its so runny.

How often do you do a protien treatment? I get some breakage when its time to get a relaxer(8 weeks)

I do a protien treatment every 4 weeks and follow up with a deep conditioner under a hood dryer for 20 mins. I recenlty ran out of Emergencee and tried Motions CPR(dug it up from under the sink) , because i was deperate. My hair didnt really like it very much,even though it stopped the minimal breakage i had. I think every 4-6 weeks for a treatment is good if you hair is in good condiiton. However i havent had a real good treatment in 9 weeks or so when i purchase emergencee soon i'll do one ever 2 weeks until my hair gets healthy. HHG

For me it's a combination of Aphogee and Nexxus EMergencee...stops breakage immediately!

I like neutral henna...haven't tried it since I was relaxed tho. It's very strengthening.

so far i've used joico pak, nexxus kerapix, and elucence...something or other,cant remember the name. they were ok, nothing spectacular as i'm always looking for a good protein treatment. but id have to say the kpak has been the best so far so i'll prob keep using it.
