I'm so serious! Call first and let them know what happened and why you are displeased and then go there and get your money back.
Repeat business and word of mouth is the bread & butter of the hair salon.
They cannot allow you to have a bad experience without attempting to meet your needs.
I agree.. complain and try to get a refund...If they are a big chain of salons that have a client/customer relations dept...I would go to them...I recently did this and was able to receive a refund for poor service. I say send a letter to state board if necessary. Leaving you with relaxer on your head while he is on the phone is down right dangerous....These "stylists" need to be taught a serious lesson for real...
