I take rexall brand (from walmart) 5000 mcgs and I tell ya it sure ain't no joke!

I am thinking of adding MSM powder again and also horsetail.

Candy if you make it to WSL by Jan. you would be doing the impossible. You would have made it to SL to WSL in about one year. That is the bomb! And I KNOW you can do it.

Thanks so much for bumping these biotin threads for me. I've been taking Twin Lab Biotin now for about 3 weeks. I take two a day at 600 mcgs. After reading this thread, I realize that I may not be taking enough, though my nails are thanking me for it. I'd like to see more hair growth and thickness.

Therefore, I'll finish this bottle and order the Puritan's Pride on Monday when I get paid. I think there's still a sale and I remember taking PP a long time ago and my skin and nails were beautiful and strong.
