Hi

Your hair grows all hair grows. You just have a problem retaining length.

I do not know how often you relax.

Do you relax just the New growth or the entire length of your hair?

When you DC do you simply use protein conditioner or moisturizing conditioners?

Do you moisturize with a water based moisturizer and seal with oil?

Do you sleep with a silk or satin scarf and use a silk or satin pillow case?

Give us an idea of your regimen maybe then we can see what the problem is.
