That's terrible. :nono: I just looked at another video of hers from 15 days after that and her burn had not faded. I hope that it completely healed. I gave myself a burn like that on my neck once when I was using a curling iron.

That service should have been free. And the stylist should have given her Neosporin right away.

My former stylist burned the nape of my neck once with a hot comb when I was 4 weeks post relaxer.

WOW. Not only did she burn her face, but she gave her heat damage too?

I'm wondering how hot that flat iron was, and how in the world was she using it?

Crazy.

and what did you do about it

this hair dresser out here burned this 4-5 yr old on the leg, with one of the curling irons that goes in the stove, when he dropped it it rolled down her leg, took some of the skin off and it was white at the burn site. He was putting some curls in her hair in a ponytail. the momma sued and got some money

wow
see but i dont even think this lady wants to go through all the suing.
she got burned and heat damage its not on her ends much but its at the roots so sad:nono:

This has to be one of the most horrific things I have ever heard of.

I have to admit, of all the times as a little girl when my mom took me to the salon to have my hair pressed, I never even considered the fact that the stylists could have actually burned me. You know, slipped and hit my neck, got distracted or something like that.

Poor thing. Burns can be very difficult to heal and, unless you get something put on the burn quickly, just as it happened, there's likely to be a permanent scar.

Flat iron? I could see if she said marcel iron but you have to be acting negligently to burn someone with a flat iron.:nono:

Wow, that's terrible! I wanted to see an update but all her last videos are around that same time. Hope it's better...
