Taking out Sew in???????

Taking out a sew in any suggestions???? I intend on getting my hair relaxed on Wednesday with phyto, when do you think would be the best day to take out my sew in and what tips do you have in taking it out??

I wouldnt recommend that someone get a perm right after a sew in or braids. I did that before and it caused a lot of breakage. A stylist also told me that's not good. I would say that maybe you should wait about a week. When you take it out maybe you can press the roots or get a dominican blowout. HTH
