Taking out sew in night before touch up

I'm taking out my sew in tonight. Is it safe to get a touch up tomorrow? Im 10weeks post.

What do u do the night before your touch up after you take out your sew in/ braids?

I would wait at least a week. I would do a protein treatment and dc this week in preparation for my touch up the following week.

I agree. I took mine down Sunday, did an aphogee treatment and I'm getting a relaxer Saturday. It's not a good idea to get a relaxer right after you take down a weave or braids. Your hair has been through too much stress and needs a treatment and rest b/c a chemical is used.

I absolutely never touch up my hair right after taking out a sew in. My scalp is too tender and my hair needs to recover, etc... I wash and DC and wait at least a week to a week and a half.
