Do any of you ladies here in Cincy know where to buy Surge? I would order offline, but I'm just too impatient.. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try an Asian BSS. I am not sure what part of town you are in, but I have seen it at I think the name of it is Beautymart its on Hamilton just south of Northbend, and there is a another bss on Queen city at the corner of Boudinot. Also some Walgreens stores may carry it.
