Congratulations! Why don't you call the question/comments number on the back of their products and ask them yourself. In case you don't have it the number is 1-888-816-8144, also try checking out their website. I am not a ob/gyn but IMO seeing as how it is external I don't think it would have an effect on your unborn child. Its not like there are any unhealthy fumes you'd be inhaling while using it.
