Surge is a Hair revitalizer that you spray on your scalp. It makes your hair grow and contains these ingredients: Keratin, Biotin, Aloe Vera & Mucccopolysaccharides. Alot of people swear by it, but the company has discontinued it and it's hard to find. Bottles have been going for 50.00 dollars on Ebay.
