Does anyone know of a good hair revitalizer that increase hair growth like Surge Hair Revitalizer Plus 14??? I cant seem to find Surge products anywhere and need a good recommendation for a hair revitalizer that increases hair growth like Surge's.

You're probably talking about paynebeautysupply.com and its $5.99 plus $7.95 shipping! Thats too much money to me!!!

Especially if shipping cost more than the product

Go to the Surge site and call the phone number. Ask them where can you get Surge in your area. That is how I found out where it was being sold in my area. It is a toll free number.
