styling foam/thermal styling question

Hey ladies, I need great recommendations for a styling foam to use. My hair does better with salon quality brands rather than BSS quality. Also I am looking for something without alcohol in it. I was using Paul Mitchell but now it's gone, ii thought i'd try to find a staple to fall in love with.

Also I blowdry & flat-iron like every 2-3 weeks. After washing, I apply coconut oil and my styling foam, then blow/flatiron. Is a styling foam considered enough thermal protection against a flat-iron? Anyone has any recs for like a thermal styling spray also? I'm thinking of trying the Kenra thermal styling spray.

I know a salon quality styling foam (esp. formulated for brushing hair), but I'm afraid it has alcohol in it

I used Jane Carter Wrap and Roll this weekend for a roller set and LOVED it.

For thermal protection I absolutely recommend FHI Hot Sauce.
