static shock every time i open megatek bottle!!!

everytime i receive a new bottle of mega tek everytime i open it and this is without fail i always get shocked(static) when i am trying to open the white metal seal, just this morning i opened the latest bottle i kept in mind this normally happens so this time i paid attention as when you normally get shocked it happens so quickly you don't even notice so this time as i opened i looked when my hand was reaching for the white seal and you guessed it zappppp!!! i even saw a slight spark.
has this been happening to anyone else? i'm getting scared
