spray bottle. What to put in it to moisturize?

Ok i've used every oil that i could get my hands on with no moisture and someone told me that oil doesnt moisturize water does. So i want to buy a bottle with distilled water. What other ingredients do you guys suggest to mix with the distilled water. Also how much? glycerine etc. I dont want to put too much of one thing and not enough of another. Thanks in advance.

you can try glyercine. try a tsp or two tsp.

Or you can just use activators on wet hair.

U can mix conditioner, oil and glycerine with distilled water, but u have to experiment with which proportions work well for u. It's an excellent way to boost up your conditioner and give it excellent moisturizing power.
