SPPJ shopping spree....

I went to my cabinet to get out my products to wash my hair..... and realized.... I DIDN'T HAVE ANY.

All the sudden I went into "SPPJ" mode (Super Panicked Product Junkie) and sat down at the computer to buy some products online...

Before I realized it.... I had spend almost $60 on products....

This is what I bought:

Red Palm butter
Avocado butter
Black Castor oil
Grand poo bar(from Oyin)
Hemp conditioner (from Oyin)
Juice and berries (from Oyin)
Whipped Shea Butter (from Oyin)

And thats not counting the BT I bought about two days ago.....

Its a lot of products to buy in one day.... however.... I guess I can allow it because of the severe lack of ANY product on my shelf at all.

So, have any of you gone on "SPPJ" Shopping sprees before?

Yes, I go on a shopping spree every once and while. Last month while Sally's was having that sale on Fermodyl, I went in there and went crazy b/c they had a slew of other products I wanted to get too. Honeydew had posted a coupon for Sallys for $10 off any $50 or more purchase. Well, I printed that sucker out and went to Sallys and ended up spending $84 and some change. After that, I went to my local pet store that sells Eqyss products and spent about $80 in there too. Speaking of shopping sprees, there's an Ulta store coming near me and it has it's grand opening next month. I'm saving my funds right now because I know it's over once I get in there. I know I'll definitely be broke when I come up outta there.

I'm suuuuuch a product junkie! But see I don't buy a lot in one sitting. I jst keep going to back to BSS for something different (usually conditoners b/c I love deep conditioning my hair) each time. And every time I say "THAT'S IT! YOU HAVE ENOUGH MILAN!", I ALWAYS find another excuse to why I need to go back to the BSS and buy something else. It's bad.

Ok, I'm just beginning my "journey" and I've slowly become a PJ...it all started with that first trip to Sallys and over the last month I think I've been to the BSS atleast twice a week...somebody help me, I have books to buy and tution to pay!

I am trying to fend off an attack, because I want to be ready for the winter. I have always had a thing about not wanting to run out of my hair products(poss the virgo in me). I hate the thought of running out of something that is vital and having to go on a mission throughout DC, MD &VA to find my products. There is nothing worse than trekking all over the place looking for something. I don't let myself run out of things, I stay more peaceful a PJ that way!

LOL! This is me every payday. I ran out of my wheat germ and my heart raced a little. Thank goodness for back-up Noni. But I am restocking this weekend. I dont play!

The funny this is my BSS stores owners KNOW ME! This is how they hook you up with stuff. Samples, hair show tix. I guess they think I am a hairdresser with all the stuff I buy.

Seriously, theres this one BSS Ive been going to where the owner says to me "you come in here a lot...." with this funny look on his face.... I had to laugh because I looked down at the counter at the PILE of hair products I had just dropped down and thought to myself..."yeah well hopefully this will last me till next week and I wont have to be back..." LOL

I need some kind of twelve step program or something...

A TRUE PJ would never be in this situation. Without products? Nevvaah!!! It goes against the pj code. I, being devout, have never been in this situation. I always have my stash, plus any strays that I pick up to try. PJs always have their back-ups. Cupboard is never bare. It's a true shame, but there it is.
