Does the SplitEnder work? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I used it once....i didnt see it do very much good. I also read someplace that someone got it stuck in thier hair and another said it cut her split ends but it also cut hairs that were healthy

I used it for the first time last week and it was GARBAGE!! It didn't trim a thing..only like 8 short pieces of hair were in the chamber and i still had a lot of splits!
