Oh no! That's not right at all, I'm surprise you still keeping it

I mean i've heard mostly good things, so i think i just got a bad one. If it doesn't work again i'll probably just get a full refund and request a refund on my shipping. + i'll just put a negative review on here.

Just used mine, I rate it 6/10 had strands pulled out. I straightened my hair and everything. Went overreach section 3 times then s&d. It's ok, but if you don't detangle properly, this thing can do some damage. Gave me courage to pick up some Scissors and even out my hair though lol. I dunno il try it again next 2 months. I did a strand test didn't damage the pulled out strand but I dunno some of my ends that didn't have se's had little ones and knots but i could just be paranoid.

^ Co-signing with AlwaysNatural. I used mine this morning on my leave-out hair (I'm in a weave) and had some strands come out. You really have to be sure to use very small sections and detangle properly.

I ordered my split ender a while back and finally used it today. I straightened my normally highly textured natural hair and didn't relatively small sections (they could have probably been smaller but I have fine strands so being that it is straightened I cut corners). It's an "ok" product but I feel like it's on the flimsy side. I get that it's transparent so you can see the hair that has been cut but still... I liked seeing that it was cutting 1/8-1/4 of hair but I feel like it wasn't getting enough of my strands. I wanted to see more hair in the chamber (maybe I'm crazy). I did flatiron and have product on my hair so maybe my strands stuck together some but I don't think I'll ever be in a position to straighten and use the trimmer sans product.

I kept it but I will use every now and then because it cuts every piece of hair you miss with scissors but then after I go at it with scissors to even it out because it sure doesn't even it out
