Splendid Naturals??? Poor Customer Service!

So in one of my FB groups Splendid Naturals offered a free sample. The PJ I am couldn't pass it up. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't received it. I sent an email to them asking if there was a tracking number... Well IMO things went south pretty quickly. I'm not sure what the history of the company is because the website is no longer active. When they first offered it I Googled them and saw good reviews on YT but it was free so I said to myself "Why not?" But the response from this guy seems like he overreacted. All I could do is SMH.

Has anyone had any experience with the company or the products?

His response was over the top and doesn't even make sense. Never heard on them until now and won't ever use them. You dodge a bullet. You would have never received a full size product had you purchased.

Wow, he has some mental problems. This is a link to him leaving crazy voice mail messages presumably to a customer. He is admittedly trying to hide his shady dealings by allegedly changing his company name and using a different legal name.

People are so stupid sometimes. And the whole he never has a problem with any other ethnicity thing...smh. (I guess he meant race since he more than likely means black people) I'm just so tired of some people opening businesses and thinking they should get support just because. He obviously doesn't have any business sense, is unprofessional and should not post anything on the internet ever. Instead of him talking about not having a problem with "others" he should wonder why he expects US to just put up with his shady practices and bad attitude. Look who lost in the end? We're not missing anything.
