To make a long story short, there was a big delay on my order of MSM. So I sent an email to complain and received a reply that same day. The next day I received another email detailing the problem with the order and was told that they would just ship another order and if the first order ever arrived, I should just keep it(no extra charge).
I sent an email to thank them for their prompt service and I received this nice email from the general manager:
"I am more pleased than anything that you have received what you needed and are satisfied. At the end of the day, we are all consumers. I hate nothing more than bumping up against a company that stonewalls complaints and treats customers like an annoyance. It is gratifying to be in a position to do what I wish others would. If I can be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know."
