I have just started taking powdered spirulina powder for my skin, hair and immune system,,it tastes AWFUL in water but if u use a little blender u can diguise the taste but not the green color,, anyone use this or interested holler
I prefer the tablets rather than the powder form though.

. That mess coagulates and tastes like grassy mud. The best way for me is to take a teaspoon of it, toss it in my mouth, and swig water behind it. But I've gotten used to the taste, so it's not nasty to me anymore. It sounds weird, but I actually kind of like it now. It's salty, lol.

what benefits have you all noticed with spirulina?
