I just got through reviewing the thread on seaweed and the benefits of taking it. I have discovered a product that has worked wonders for my body as a whole. It contains blue green algea and it's called E3 live. It comes forzen, and must stay regrigerated to keep it alive. I simply make 1 Tbsp. ice cubes out of it and dissolve one in a glass of water every morning and chug it.
