"Special" Section of Hair

The top-middle section of hair from left to right is "special." Lol! There is a curl pattern but the roots of that section are problematic. I've only recently fully detangled that section of hair at the roots with the tangle teezer aka miracle worker. I call it my 4W hair since I don't know what the heck it is :-0

My problem area is the right side of my edges. One particular spot is not as thick as I like it. I've stopped using brushes and will start using JBCO as I stretch longer
