Hey Ladies, I'm sure this answer is buried in some thread or something, but I'll admit that I am just too tired to look. Can anyone tell me what type of hair is best to use w/ Senegalese Twists?

I want to try something different than my usual Kinky twists and Lord knows that I cannot sit for micros anymore. My hair is too thick for them and it takes forever now!

TIA ladies!

For Senegalese Twists you just use kanekalon hair. But I've had both and my hair is pretty thick, the kinky twists will last longer and they look better once you've had them awhile. The Senegalese will start to get frizzy and unravel quicker.

I use the $1 jumbo kanekalon braiding hair for my twists. Try not to grab "silky" or they may unravel. HTH!
