if sodium hydroxide is like the 6th ingredient in a relaxer does that mean the closer Sodium Hydroxide is listed means the stronger the perm?

Typically ingredients are listed in order by how much is contained in a product, so that logic makes sense, but I'm not sure.

As long as the product works for u, i wouldn't worry about the ingredients.

I agree with Anayapooh. The higher up on the ingredient list, the more of that ingredient is in the product.
