So I fixed the breakage at the end of my cornrows with threads

I have my hair in cornrows under my wigs and the ends kept getting tangled so I tried everything and now I've figured out how to fix it. Last Sunday I detangled my hair and cornrowed it but this time I wrapped thread around the braid starting from my scalp and left it alone. I unwrapped the braids this weekend and not one tangle. Thought I would share.

Here's a video demo of West African threading:

....oh yes, threading is like the original protective style LOL...soo many little girls grew their hair out with this...I don't see many little kids with it now though.

Wish I had known about threading the ends of my cornrows because I would have avoided the dreaded ssks and the knots at the end of my cornrows.

Thanks OP. I had seen the thread on threading :look: but hadn't thought of just using it on the back of my hair. The next time I wear twists I may try this to see if I can prevent my twists in the back from curling up.
