Mainly I only use satin pillowcase and leave hair free. Purchased a pair from eBay.
Otherwise if going to bed with damp hair after co washing will use scarf too.
I've been doing this for around two years, however im now thinking I should protect my ends better as I get quite a few splits and ssk's.
I'm relaxed, around inch to 1/2 inch in places from full bsl.
