Sitting under Dryer

HOw often could i sent under the dryer without to much damage?

I'm interested in this too. But quick question... are you roller setting or wrapping, ir just chillin under there with your hair all out? I'm sure others will chime cause i wanna know too.

Also, what setting is the heat on?

I used to sit under the dryer every week on high for 45 mins to 1hr, until I threw my dryer out the window (long story) I had no damage to my hair my doing this. I would sit with rollers in my hair.

[SIZE=-1]I've never had any damage from sitting under the dryer (heard this was considered 'good heat' since it's not direct heat (i.e. irons, blow dryer).

I don't know what I'd do without my bonnet dryer. Blow-drying wrecked havoc on my hair. I will forever use bonnet dryers. I don't think that they're damaging, unless you were to put your hair right up to the vent where the heat blasts out ::shrugs:: but there's no sense in doing that anyway. Girl, you'll be fine with a bonnet dryer. I use mine 2-3 times a week.
