I agree with her. I don't like the style prep smoother, even though I love Aveda.

I actually threw it away.

That Aveda sales associate knew she was wrong. Two part system or not, that should have never happened. I would have been mad too.

I would think this product line is similar to Mizani Thermasmooth and should be used for blowdry/flatiron styling on wet/ damp hair not for roller setting. I agree that it was a dumb move to try a new product before a special event.

I let aveda do that to me one time, Took forever and my hair was straw. NO No. Stupid me. I like the dry remedy deep conditioner and the leave in. Other than that, pass.
