Since the topic came up about mesh rollers, which brand is better, Annie or Diane?

If anyone has used both, which one do you prefer? The Annie brand has a harder mesh, almost like a soft flexible wire. The Diane brand has a softer plastic mesh. Which do you think would show mesh lines less? I have a ton of Annie brand that I'm going to set with in a few minutes. I also have a few Diane brand that I'll use to do a comparison. What do you think?

I bought the ones by Annie over the weekend. (I'm so weak). They didn't have any bristles on the inside. Just a metal frame wrapped in a plastic coated wiring. They were pretty easy to use and my drying time was cut in half. I was only under the dryer for about 1 hour instead of 2+. I used about 30 of the 1 3/4" size.

This store only had the Annie brand so they get my vote by default.

I think the Diane rollers are better but if you can find an ole' school lady with the older ones still in hand those will work better. The coils are thicker and the mesh is stiffer so that your hair doesn't sink in between the coils when rolling.

I've used the Diane ones because it was the only brand that I could find in 2 inch size.
