So please if you are REAL KISS ladies on your routines and products pleaz, here's the place to drop them!!!
That will be verrrrrrrrrry helpful!
TIA!!!!!!!!!!!

My Cap N Go Method

*"The Product" for me, right now is a conditioner, so I don't need to DC or co-wash.
*No heat
*4a/3c natural

ETA: I hope it's okay to post my regimen being natural, OP.

I am 4a (I think) texlaxed. My hair is also permanently colored with a henna-type color that's free of peroxide and ammonia. Here's my KISS regimen:

-CW/DCW once or twice a week (prn)

*Aussie Moist
*White Rain Cucumber Melon
*Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner
*White Rain Conditioner for "Women of Color" (version of Pantene R&N)

-Use shampoo once a month or prn (medical term for as needed)

*CON green label
*Aussie Moist Shampoo

-Deep conditioners for S&C days or DCW's (deep conditioner washes)

*Joico Moisture Recovery Conditioner
*L'oreal Color Vive Dry Defense Treatment
*Aubrey Organics GPB
*Hollywood Beauty Olive Oil Cholesterol

-Protective Styles 99% of the time...

-Touch-ups q(every)6mos with Optimum Multi-mineral Reduced PH Relaxer Creme in Mild or Regular. I actually use the whole relaxing system with the neutralizing shampoo and normalizer to match.

-Styling products are:

*My own mix of Dabur Amla oil, conditioner, S-Curl Texturizer, and water I use as a moisturizer mixed in a spray bottle and misted on hair to style.
*Dabur Vatika Oil
*Optimum Care Shine Booster (just for shine)
*Proclaim Aloe Vera Styling Gel (love this, will not stray)!

-Special treatments (done prn and whenever I wanna give my hair a treat):

*Hesh Brahmi Powder (mixed and applied to hair and scalp as a paste...its a potent hair vitalizer).
*Bigen Permanent Powder Hair Color #59 (Oriental Black)...I touch-up about every 3 mos.
*Queen Helene Cholesterol Hot Oil Treatment
*Plain ol' EVOO applied to hair and left on overnight as an oil trx (treatment) or pre-poo.

Sorry soo long, my regimen is really simple, but I added the products since you asked, which made the post rather long.

My regimen is forever changing to make it more and more simple and easy. Here's what I do:
- Co-wash every four days (any cheap conditioner with good slip)
- Use a thick DC as leave-in (I like Silk Elements Mega-Silk Conditioner)
- Seal with shea butter
- Twist it up

THATS IT.

Monthly treatment: DC with Henna
(Occasional) treatment between washings: Mega-Tek on scalp.

I'm natural, 4-something.

REGIMEN:
-Wash and DC 1x a week (Co-wash 2-3x a week in the summer)
-Seal after each wash
-Detangle 1x a month or 2 months
-Airdry & Twist

PRODUCTS:
-Creme of Nature (green bottle) shampoo, V05 conditioners, Coconut Honey DC, Whipped Shea Butter, Lustrasilk

For the past two months, all I have been doing is shampooing 1 x week. Comb conditioner through hair with PC and then rinse. Towel dry hair and then apply conditioner as a leave-in. Seal with oil and voila! That's it. I air dry. So far so good. My hair is relaxed and seems to be doing just fine with this method.

Products-
HE LTR shampoo
Dove intense Damage Therapy conditioner
Porosity Control

Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol Plus as leave-in
Coconut or almond oil for sealing

That's as simple as it gets. I am currently stretching my relaxer and considering transitioning, so I am trying a simple method to keep my hair happy and keep the work to a minimum.

I'm a recovering PJ--for myself, it seems I have transferred my addiction from my hair to my child's, but...

Shampoo - Nioxin System 7 Cleanser
Conditioner - Nioxin System 7 Scalp Therapy
Ends Treatment - Mizani Thermal Strengthening Lotion
Leave-in - Elasta QP H-Two
Wet set - KeraCare Wrap Setting Lotion (a little bit'll get it!)

Pin curl buns on top of head at night, in back for work, down for special occasions or 2 - 3 times a week.

Daily Moisturizer - Moisture Max in winter, Pink Lotion Sheer in the summer.
That's it.

My regimen is simple and so far it's working. I'm 4a, relaxed.
-Wash & DC (with heat) 2x per week
-No heat; braid outs only
-Products: Phyto shampoos, conditioners; ORS shampoo, conditioner, HE LTR Leave In
-Oils: Sweet Almond, Castor, Olive and Coconut

That's it. It's just too hot in Texas to do anything else!!I started at neck length in January 2009 and will reach my goal of full shoulder length by the end of the year. Even though I seem to be a slow grower, keeping it simple is keeping my hair healthy.

My Reggie:
-Co-wash every 2-3 days
-Deep Condition every week, adding in a protein treatment every 2 weeks.
-Shampoo hair with SLS free shampoo every 2 weeks.
-Moisturize hair daily
-Follow Low-Manipulation Routine for styling
-Massage scalp with oils nightly.
-Relax/Trim every 3-4 months.

And that's it .

I don't know if my regimen is simple, but my products are:

Shampoo: Trader Joe's Nourish Spa
Conditioner: V05
Deep Treatment: Aveda DR if I have money and NTM mask if I don't
Moisturizer: whatever. :giggle: Currently Oyin Whipped Pudding and/or Oyin Honey Hemp
Oil: Olive oil for sheen, castor on the ends to decrease tangling.

New regimen

Wash and dc weekly and an egg, evoo, and grapeseed prepoo
Moisturize and seal daily
Cowash as needed (after workouts)

I shampoo and deep condition once a week (Mizani Botanifying shampoo and Mizani Moisturfuse cond. with EVOO).

To wet hair I add leave-in (NTM Silk Touch), Hawaiian Silky and seal with oil (Nu Expressions Hot 10 oil) and air dry.

Daily i wet bun with Hawaiian Silky and seal with Hot 10 oil.

I clarify as needed with Keracare 1st Lather shampoo. I also protein treat when needed by adding an egg to my Mizani cond.

I'm going for my first relaxer stretch ever (10 weeks)! I usually relax at 5 weeks.

I'm natural, 4B. Currently in braids but my regimen is the same. I always wash my hair in braids or twists, never out.

Shampoo twice a week focusing on massaging my scalp well. During the rinse squeeze hair to clean as shampoo runs through it. Condition afterward on one of those times and DC on the other wash day. ACV rinse (EOs added to the ACV rinse). Airdry.

No products added to hair after that. Baggy every night. The end.

(PS The only time I ever use a leave-in is if I'm planning to wear my hair out, as I need it to be slippery for a comb to glide through it. My product of choice for that is S Curl, the spray activator.)

Cowash everyday with anything VO5
Wash once a month with Paul Mitchells Super Skinny
Deep Condition with ORS olive oil
Oil scalp and seal with Organics horestail and rosemary oil

Aww, thanks a bunch ladies! Please keep the inspirations comin' cuz this hair thing is becoming more and more time and money consuming for me!:nono::ohwell:

Heres mine:

This is what I use 3x week:
Wash with HairOne Olive Oil
DC with Yes TO Carrots adn Aphogee 2 Minute Reconstructor (protein/moisture) w/heat or a portable heat cap
Leave ins are GVP Potion #9 and Nexxus Headress (protein/moisture) on hair ONLY
JBCO/MT mixture on scalp ONLY
I also use the Aphogee ProVitamin and Green Tea Reconstructor spray

I baggy nightly, and do a BKT monthly

HTH :yep:

Since May it has been detangle everyother day with Pantene or Herbal Essences and leave in Suave Coconut. When I remember Ill do the Aphogee 2 minute Treatment. Tis all.

shampoo and condition every other day with CON green. I alternate my conditioners. It's either Mizani moisturfuse or Kenra MC. I leave the conditioner on for 5-10 minutes. My hair really needs the moisture. I apply a smoothing cream to my ends daily. I don't worry abou the new growth because it's strong, and my scalp is oily enough to keep the hair moisturized. I only air dry.

Got bangs for the first time in March 2009 for my birthday and then cut my hair to shoulder lentgh in June 2009 for my lil bro's graduation. And now I want to grow it back out but to BSL. Just started Friday but this is my reggie and I can already tell a huge difference.

Wash at least once a week.
Flat iron no more than once a week, unless emergency or very special occasion.
No blow dryer just hooded dryer for DC and rollar sets.

Prepoo before every shampoo wash with HE LTR conditioner and EVOO.

Cowash every other week with HE LTR conditioner.

Moisturize twice daily with Mane-N-Tail moisture enriched hair strenthener daily leave in conditioning treatment spray and once daily with loreal color vive conditioning uv protectant spray. Seal w EV coconut oil.

Shampoo once monthly with loreal ever pure sulfate free moisturizing shampoo

Condition with NTM daily deep conditioner

DC with ORS olive oil conditioner/ silk elements luxury moisture conditioner/ kenra moisturizing conditioner

My leave in is HE LTR leave in

The protein treatment I will use is aphogee

And I haven't found a good clarifying shampoo yet but I would like to clarify once a month or so

I think my reggie is pretty simple. I don't have a timeline; I just work with my hair based on its current condition, because my hair doesn't really need things on a timeline... (Ex. If I try to wash oncce a week on Fridays or something, I might workout on a Tuesday, so it doesn't really work for me...)

I also use a lot of stuff from kitchens.

I don't moisturize and seal daily and what not. I also only comb and detangle with an actual comb or brush on wash days and the night before wash days if I am washing in the a.m.

I only really mess with my hair besides pinning it up at night and shaking it down the next day on wash days, which can include the following, depending on what my hair needs at the time:

1. Wash and condition when needed with whatever I am currently trying (always moisturizing), unless it's horrible (I sell or donate it), until I use it up - I avoid being stuck with lemons by looking up products on the forum as much as possible before I buy. Right now I am using Joico Moisture Recovery.

2. I use egg or a protein conditioner (if I have one around that I want to use up) when I need protein. It will eventually just be the egg. I use a moisturizing conditioner with heat or leave it in for a while with a plastic cap after I rinse out the protein conditioner or egg.

3. I clarify with a peppermint and tea tree shampoo (that I am using up) or baking soda. It will eventually just be the baking soda.

4. When I have porosity issues, I do an ACV rinse or use Roux Porosity control, but once the bottle is gone, I will go back to just the ACV. I don't find Roux to be any better, really.

5. After I condition, I put natural oils (they vary - coconut, jojoba, grapeseed, whatever) on my hair - the amount depends on whether I am air drying or protective styling, doing a braid out, straightening, etc.) and then style/dry.

6. I don't use any leave ins.

7. In the summer I am prone to dandruff, and if it pops up, I will massage my scalp with tea tree and olive oil mixed together, prepoo the rest of my hair, and shampoo and scritch my scalp the next day.

I get my relaxer (Alter Ego) after 2-3 inches in late spring and summer and 3-4 in fall and winter.

I get trims as needed (every 5-10 months).

I wear a scarf nightly or sleep on silk and satin pillows.

It looks long and complicated, but in other words I do a lot of leaving my hair alone.

My regimen:

Cowash everyday w/ Vo5 Strawberries and Creme or Suave Tropical Coconut
Detangle with finger in shower
To my wet hair i then apply Mane n tail condish and olive oil

Deep condition 1x a week with cholesterol and olive oil

My usual style is a wash and go

4A Texlaxed
-Wash twice a week with CON
-Con with Garnier Fructris melting hair mask
-Co-wash once a week
-Protective styles (buns and braid outs)

Wash 1x weekly-HE HH, Silk Elements, Nexxus Phyto Organics Humectin, etc
DC-with HE HH, Silk Elements, Silicon Mix, Matrix Condish Balm, Aphogee 2 min or Theratin...add olive oil or castor oil and DC w/bag, usually no heat
Rinse out Condish, Apply Leave in-Lacio Lacio, setting lotion diluted and sprayed on hair, and Chi Silk Infusion

Rollerset or Braid set hair....sit under dryer...

If I do a braid out I will usually cowash at least 1 add'l time during the week.

I am trying to not use heat at home. Maybe 1x every 6 wks. So far so good.

I moisturize and seal 2x per day, what I use depends on how I am wearing my hair.

wash 1x per week with sulfate free shampoo.
deep condition with a deep conditioner with heat for 1/2 an hour.
apply leave-in conditioner
air dry hair, set in an updo or bun

i'll wear that updo / bun for 2 - 3 days, and take it down inbetween to spray a bit of leave-in moisturizer or plain ol' water on it.

1x a month, wash with clarifying shampoo.

my hair is fine, so each time i use conditioner, it's gotta be a protein conditioner.

i also use a hardcore protein 1x a month, and add an egg to my deep conditioners 2x a month, on wash days.

that's it! comb only touches my head 1x a week under running water.

i dont even like to call it a regimen cause its so ridiculously simple.
basically i just wash my hair....

cowash/detangle daily
rinse but leave enough conditioner for hair to maintain moisture
airdry in ponytail/bun or wash an go

I've simplified my regimen.

Daily:
Spritz with Ayurveda tea, moisturize, and seal
PS with bun, wig, etc..

Weekly:
Detangle hair
Ayurveda regimen, DC with protein and moisture at same time
Apply leave ins, seal

Monthly:
Clarify/Chelate
Nexxus Emergence

12 to 16 weeks:
Touch with Affirm Fiberguard Sensitive Scalp No Lye

That's it. I was co-washing daily and loved it but it became a bit much. This is much simpler for me and my hair is thriving. It just likes to be left alone.

Ok so here we go:

Products: Sulfate free or Moisture Specific Shampoo (right now Organix Coconut Milk, yummy), Porosity Control, Conditioner (cheapo is some form of V05 and/or Victoria Secret So Sexy moisturizing formula; dc is always Moraccan Oil Mask and a bit of regular Olive Oil - evoo is TOO heavy for me), Leave in (Aphogee Pro-vitamin Spray, Potion #9, and occasionally salerm 21).

1-2x a week I will wash, Porosity Control, and just quicky condition. Sometimes that second wash will be a DC with the above mentioned products if I feel my hair needs it. Blow dry w/ a round brush and flat iron. Wrap hair at night with a spritz of my leave-in spray, cover with a silk scarf.

Done.

My hair is a super healthy APL, and I wear it down almost everyday.

ETA - Oh yeah I do a hardcore protein treatment 1x/month with Aphogee 2 step. I relax every 3 months (4x/yr).
