Does anyone else find them really uncomfortable and "tacky" sorta feeling (I can't describe it). I slept on one from tenderheaded.com once and was miserable lol. But then again I'm really particular about my pillows/pillowcases and love the soft feel of "t-shirt sheets."

I don't find mine uncomfortable....my only problem is keeping my head on the pillow, always wake up with it on the floor or the other side of the bed....Maybe I should get satin sheets too.

:lachen: I know exactly what u mean, they are slippery suckers. I always cover my hair with a scarf bc I find that even with the pillowcase, the side of my hair not on the pillow gets roughed up by the cotton sheets and comforter. I use the pillowcase in case hair slips out the back of my scarf or if my scarf slips off at night.

I absolutely love mine from tenderheaded.com. I understand what you are saying, it is a different "feel" than cotton and so is satin. I just keep in mind that silk is a great beauty protector for the skin and for the hair. Satin is also.

I agree it is also great for the skin especially with indoor heat, u don;t need cotton sucking up your cheek nutrients. LOL!

Woops mine is satin from tenderheaded...maybe the silk feels better? Hmm!

They are slippery, but to keep my head from heading the cotton sheets I got a pillowcase and pinned it to my sheets where I lay my head at night, just in case I my scarf comes off and the pillows slid off the bed,
