Moisture, Its okay IMO, I was all hyped and purchased the 60 ounce jar, naaah, probably won't be repurchasing but we'll see...

Isn't it both?
The ingredients include Keratin, hair's natural protein.

I won't repurchase either.

Yeah, I'm thinking its protein. My hair reacts to it as if it were a protein. I only use it when I need protein and then I follow up with moisture.

the conditioner sucked eggs for me (relaxed) but worked wonders for my dh (natural 4z) I'll repurchase it for him

The leave in and serum are good though. I used them to rolleret and my hair was really soft, shiny and it smelled great! :yep:

It's both and my hair looooooves it! I have to mix it with something else though because my hair becomes too soft now. When I first started using it yrs. ago I could use it straight, but if I have a lot of NG I will use it straight.

I know everything aint for everybody, but do u have a fresh relaxer right now or are you stretching? I find that SM worked best for me when I was at least 12 wks post and now that I'm almost completely natural. Just askin...

I use it religiously. I don't know about ingredients, but my hair always feel moisturized. I learned from the ladies here that it is light protein. I use Silicon Mix Proteina de Pearla for Protein and the regular one for moisturizing. I prefer the regular one.

Protein with EXCELLENT slip. If hair is tangled this is the one I go for. IMO it woks best if doing heat styles -- blow dry, flat iron. This makes sense since it's a Dominican product. It's not my everyday product, but it'll always be in my stash. It causes buildup so I clarify once a month or as needed. HTH
