btw, is your regime still the same according to your "About Me" and "Feature of the Month" pages? I noticed too that the less I wash or the more I leave my hair alone the better it is as long as its always moisturized with shea butter or something similar.

Ar010 Thank you so much girl!!! Its such a blessing to even be able to be an inspiration...cause it was a long hard road for me to get where I am with some serious bumps....but yes girl, my regimen is pretty much the same, the only differences i have made is becoming more lazy and doing less and less with it. lol, I litterally just slap some stuff in it and put it up and go , havent pressed in months. I'm mainly just using the Mango Butter (elasta) and the Recovery and my oils and butters. when its gets built up or i feel like it whichever comes first , i CW. The only other difference is I'm taking Fish oil instead of flax....everything else is the same.

naptrl, thank you girl Noooo girl i havent always had long hair, i used to have some jacked up hair for real, i used to be stuck in the relax, break, damage, cut, start over again, cycle over and over, and twelve years ago i stopped relaxing and its been a loong journey since....but sooo worth it, and I'm now reaping many of the rewards of the hell i went through learning my hair years back . so this is twelve years of growth now, even with some major set back along the way.

It doesnt work great as a moisturizer for me...i always have to add something with it like a natural oil or butter or creamy leave in. it just doesnt really moisturize my hair for some reason..it actually makes it dry, i litterally only use it to slick my hair back and down. its great for that!! it really does define well. and hold it too
