Shoulder Length (SL)

Does anyone have pictures of what is officially considered shoulder length? Is it when the hair actually touches the shoulder (top of your arm) or before (when your nape is covered) but it's not quite at your collar bone?

I think Whipeffects hair (in her siggy) is full SL (IMO)

I consider shoulder length when the hair actually reaches the shoulders. My hair is what I consider SL but I could be wrong, because only the back touches my shoulders.
