Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and after seeing all your pics I'm so excited to implement my regime and use the products. I went on a crazy shopping frenzy at whole foods and on-line. Ok here's the thing, the products I ordered online have not arrived yet. It's been almost three weeks. Now the website says it takes two weeks to ship. And I'm taking Thanksgiving into consideration as well. I've sent four emails just inquiring about the order and I haven't received a response. The phone number listed is just a recording that directs you to send and email for all shipping inquiries. You'll know how it is for us and waiting on products...THIS IS LIKE A KID ON CHRISTMAS FOR ME! So should I freak out or chill out?:ohwell:

Because of Thanksgiving, I'd give them til Friday to start freaking out. Do you have a shipping confirmation of any sort?
 
Three weeks is a bit of time, even taking the holiday into account. Where did you order from?
 
Stay calm...if you left 4 messages and no one has called you, I would give them till Friday...then i'd be on the horn with my bank or credit card company.
 
I ordered from growafrohairlong.com and I never got a shipping confirmation per say...I did receive a order confirmation, that the order was received and my credit card was debited.

Either way that is crappy customer service! I would give it til the end of the week. If you haven't heard anything by then defo contact your CC. Thanksgiving or not, 4 weeks is just too long esp without notice and the fact they wont even reply to your emails and you cant contact them via phone is appalling.

Sorry OP I know that you must have been very excited when you ordered the items.

ITA! 4 weeks and no contact is ridiculous. Give them till late Friday afternoon, if they haven't emailed or called by then, call your credit card company!
 
I would like everyone to know. I never received my products or a response from Grow Afro Hair Long:nono:. I'm really bummed out because I so excited to use their products. I contacted the BBB and my credit card company. Booo to them

Same thing happened to me. After 4 weeks they sent me an email saying that I would be refunded because they couldnt ship to my address. Just recieved my refund yesterday.
