Should I Take It Back?

I was so eager to buy a new flat iron, but I didn't want to wait for one to ship to me, I went to Sallys. I bought a Jilbere Titanium Tools Excel Flat Iron for 53 and I got a blow dryer free.

Well I used it and I don't like it for some reason. Everyone has said that my hair looks straighter and shinier than usually, but I still wanna take it back.

I don't like the way it feels in my hand and my hair is straight and shiney, but no magic happened. I don't know if I should try it once more or just take it back tomorrow. Anyone else try this iron?

Whats their return policy?? try it maybe once or twice more to see if theres a big difference and if u dont take it back

Take it back and get the one you want.

This Hana Elite looks like an excellent option if you haven't made a choice yet: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=440170

And you get to donate to Haiti with your purchase.

Seriously, a flat iron is a serious purchase that will last you for years to come. This is no time for impatience. Get one that's going to serve you well.

I can keep the iron up to 60 days and get a full refund. I used Ic Fantasia Serum and Silk Elements Heat Spray. My hair is light and flowy, but I'm not in love.
